Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear with initial capitalisation throughout this document.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a "section" are to a section of these Terms. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the bonus-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ba9 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following acts:

• Clicking the "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during the ba9 account registration process.
• Completing the account registration form and submitting it to ba9 for processing.
• Making any deposit into your ba9 Account after the effective date of these Terms.
• Placing any wager on any casino game, live dealer table, slots title, or sports betting market available on ba9.club.
• Continuing to use the ba9 platform after receiving notification of an amendment to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and ba9. If you are accessing ba9 on behalf of another person or a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall be read accordingly.

These Terms are published in English and the English version is the authoritative governing version of the Agreement. ba9 may, at its discretion, provide translations or summaries in other languages as a convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a ba9 Account and to place wagers on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ba9 enforces a strict 18+ age restriction across the entire platform without exception.
• You are accessing the ba9 platform as a private individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business or corporate entity for commercial wagering purposes.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on ba9 or on any other gambling platform where that self-exclusion is intended to extend to ba9.
• You have not previously had a ba9 Account closed by ba9 for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are using funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. ba9 does not knowingly accept deposits from the proceeds of criminal activity.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or associate of ba9, nor a close family member of any such person, unless ba9 has provided its express written consent to your participation.

ba9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ba9 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending the completion of the KYC process.

Section 4

Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on ba9. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's details, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts. ba9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held across duplicated Accounts where the duplication was undertaken with intent to abuse bonus offers or circumvent platform restrictions.

When registering your ba9 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ba9 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

• Your ba9 username and password are personal credentials. You must not share them with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.
• You are responsible for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except where ba9 has been negligent in its security obligations.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ba9 support immediately via live chat. ba9 will suspend the Account pending investigation.
• ba9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any other time at ba9's reasonable discretion.
• ba9 will never ask you for your Account password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ba9 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ba9 support immediately.

Players who lose access to their registered email address or mobile number must contact ba9 support promptly to initiate an account recovery process. ba9 may require additional identity verification steps before restoring account access in such circumstances. ba9 is not liable for losses incurred during periods when account access is unavailable due to credential loss or recovery delays.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ba9 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and balance transfers — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. All amounts on this platform are displayed with the ৳ symbol or the "BDT" abbreviation.

Accepted Deposit Methods: ba9 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for card deposits. ba9 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

• Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your ba9 Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Card deposits are credited within two to five minutes of transaction approval. Where a card deposit is declined by your bank, ba9 is not responsible for any charges or fees levied by your bank in connection with the declined transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. ba9 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from payment accounts not registered in the Account holder's name will be refunded and may trigger a KYC review.
• ba9 does not charge fees on mobile wallet deposits. Card deposit processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of deposit before you confirm the transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified ba9 Accounts are processed within four hours during normal operational periods. Withdrawals submitted during peak processing periods or that trigger additional verification requirements may take longer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ba9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those Bonus Funds as set out in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• ba9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where a KYC verification is outstanding.
• Players may not withdraw funds from their Account while an unresolved dispute relating to those funds is pending. ba9 will notify the Player of any hold applied to their withdrawal and the expected resolution timeline.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

ba9 operates an active promotions calendar that includes welcome bonuses for new Players, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with major events on the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on ba9.club at the time the promotion is active. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all ba9 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. ba9 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including where a Player has previously abused bonus offers.
• Each ba9 Account is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Claiming a welcome bonus on multiple Accounts — even where each Account is separately registered — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and Account suspension.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Where a Player's Account holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are used first for all wagers unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Games that contribute at different rates to wagering requirements (e.g., live casino tables may contribute at a lower rate than slots) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Players should review these contribution rates before selecting games to wager through bonus requirements.
• ba9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time, including retroactively where there is evidence of widespread abuse, technical error resulting in incorrect bonus awards, or any other reasonable cause. ba9 will give reasonable notice of changes where possible.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that do not meet wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will be removed from the Account balance when the bonus expires.

Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly credited or that a wagering requirement has been incorrectly calculated should contact ba9 support via live chat. ba9 will investigate and resolve such queries within a reasonable timeframe. ba9's calculation of wagering progress is final in the absence of a demonstrable system error.

Section 7

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ba9 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba9 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ba9 reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances — against any Player found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the ba9 platform in any way not sanctioned by ba9.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market — including but not limited to chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated arbitrage betting designed to abuse promotions.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to achieve a mathematical certainty of profit irrespective of game outcome, or any other strategy that exploits promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, depositing funds obtained through unauthorised use of another person's payment method, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the ba9 platform.
• Money laundering: Using the ba9 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ba9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in connection with money laundering investigations.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical malfunction, software error, or odds-display error to place wagers at incorrect prices or to receive payouts that would not be due under correct operating conditions. Wagers placed in exploitation of a known error will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

ba9 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ba9 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other Players. ba9 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for enforcement actions taken in connection with confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct where disclosure would compromise ba9's anti-fraud capabilities.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ba9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time where ba9 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 7.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ba9.
• The Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• The Player's continued access poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ba9.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under ba9's Responsible Gaming policy, in which case Account closure takes effect immediately upon request confirmation.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age, in which case the Account will be closed immediately and all deposits reviewed under ba9's underage gambling protocols.

Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Player (for example, at the Player's own voluntary request), ba9 will process a withdrawal of any real-money Account balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be removed from the balance upon closure and will not be paid out.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, ba9 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where the investigation confirms the breach, to forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the severity of the breach and any losses incurred by ba9 or other Players as a result of the conduct in question.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ba9 Account for responsible gaming reasons should contact ba9 support via live chat. ba9 will process voluntary closure requests promptly and, at the Player's option, may apply a self-exclusion period rather than full closure if a temporary break is preferable.
